Event wil consist of breakfast being held in the dining room again this year. Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the day and the raffle prizes will be spread out amongst the perimeter of the room for those individuals to look over.
Teams are asked to bring in all of their fundraising money that day and to hand it in to the ladies in the pro shop area, prior to your group teeing off.
Meals that day will be the following:
Breakfast runs from 6 am to 10 am in the dining room & curling lounge at the club.
Lunch will be from 11 am to 2 pm and consist of BBQ hamburgers and hotdogs cooked by the Rotary Club beside the pro shop.
Dinner will be from 5 pm to 7 pm and will be pizza from Pizza Delight located upstairs in the dining room area.
Everyone and anyone is welcome to come out to the club and show their support of this worthy event and grab a bite to eat while witnessing the fun being had by all. As for the cost of any one of these great meals. We ask that you make a donation as a means of payment, which will be located close by from where you got the food from. All monies raised from the meals will go directly towards supporting the new Hospice.
